Two products.

Each jar contains exactly what the name says — and nothing else. No emulsifiers, no added oil, no sugar. Just the nut, a pinch of salt, and care.

Our story

Made small.
On purpose.

"Why does nut butter need anything beyond nuts?"

Bare Jar started in a home kitchen, from a straightforward frustration: every nut butter on the shelf had an ingredient list longer than it needed to be. Palm oil, refined sugar, emulsifiers — things that serve the factory, not the jar.

Made by hand, in a small kitchen in Chennai.

So we stripped everything back. Each batch is made in small quantities, with the full attention that a short ingredient list deserves.

The result is something that tastes exactly like what it is — roasted nuts, and a pinch of salt. Nothing added. Nothing concealed. Just honest food, made carefully.
